Our Southern Cities Residential and Family Services, Inc. programs are available to eligible youth who resided in or are at risk of institutional placement. They are referred by government agencies tasked to assist the youth and families, which includes the Division of Family and Children Services (DFCS) and the Department of Juvenile and Justice (DJJ).
